If you signed up for our newsletter you agreed that we can use your data (e-mail address) for sending you updates and news about our products. Legal basis is Art 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. If you don’t want to receive newsletters anymore you can withdraw your consent anytime, either by directly clicking the link in an e-mail you received from us or by sending an e-mail to: privacy@theflock.at. Withdrawal will result in your data no longer being processed for the above purposes from that time on. Your e-mail address will be stored for as long as your consent is active.
When entering one of our lotteries you agreed to the processing of your e-mail address for this purpose only. Legal basis is Art 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. If you change your mind before the lottery takes place you can withdraw your consent, either by directly clicking the link in an e-mail you received from us or by sending an e-mail to: privacy@theflock.at. Withdrawal will result in your data no longer being processed for the above purposes from that time on.
Please be aware that we will store your data for six more months after the lottery takes place based on Art 6 (1) lit. f GDPR to guarantee the lawfulness of the lottery. Your e-mail address will not be deleted after this period of time if you also used it to sign up our newsletter and your newsletter-consent is still active.
We are working on a game which should be enjoyed by many. In order to achieve the best outcome, feedback is really helpful. We might ask you to fill out a feedback form occasionally. It’s completely up to you, to fill out the feedback form and send it back to us. Legal basis is Art 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
We will delete your incoming e-mail with the attached filled out feedback form immediately after receiving/reading it. The feedback form itself can not be traced back to you and will therefore be stored anonymously.
For server and computer center services we are supported by the Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, which therefore is defined as a processor by the GDPR. Your data is stored on a server in Europe. The Hetzner GmbH has no access to your personal data.
We are using Social Media to promote our products. Please be aware that your personal data (including IP-Address and unique identifiers) will also be shared with third parties like Youtube (Google), Instagram (Meta) and Discord, when visiting our channels there or watching videos on our website. We will provide you with information about all your personal data that we process at any time if wanted. In some cases you also have the right to data portability, i.e. to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Under certain circumstances you have the right to request rectification, restriction of processing or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing of this data by us. In some of the cases mentioned above, we are entitled to process your personal data on the basis of your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future.
